Warriors, Wasps & Irish in the Premiership Final Supporters of Bath and Northampton will be naturally excited for the upcoming Premiership final after a significant break away from the showpiece of English Rugby for both teams. As the first season with just 10 teams in the top tier, both sides are bolstered by players with recent, or not-so-recent, memories of Worcester, Coventry, and Brentford (or Reading).

Another to come through the Wasps academy, 32 appearances with the senior team followed before the administrators came in. Northampton — Tom Pearson (London Irish)
Following a successful stint for Cardiff Met in the Welsh and university leagues, the former Gloucester man signed for London Irish in 2021 and went on to score 10 tries in 39 games. Back Line

The young fly-half was the breakout player of the 2021 season for the Warriors after coming through the academy at Sixways. A move to the Saints was reportedly already on the cards before the club collapsed. Northampton — Burger Odendaal (Wasps)
The well-traveled South African arrived in Coventry for the start of the 2022 season and ran out just 4 times for Wasps before the club went under. Northampton — George Hendy (Worcester Academy)
